What to include

Make the issue reproducible

  • The Explorer share link or report ID.
  • The organism, antibiotic, metric, year, and source row in question.
  • The expected value and its page, table, row, or column in the original report.
  • Whether the issue concerns transcription, normalization, denominator scope, geography, source access, or interpretation.

What happens next

Corrections are reviewed against the source

  1. TriageThe report is linked to its affected view, row, or source.
  2. Independent checkThe claimed correction is compared directly with the original document.
  3. Versioned resolutionConfirmed changes enter a new release with an audit trail; unsupported claims are documented and closed.
